Noise nuisance

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6919740.

There has been a constant banging somewhere next door in block 203-214. It’s like a ball being dropped constantly over and over again. The bass vibration of it rings the whole block down or more so those who are in proximity of it. AT 6 IN THE MORNING.
