Daily pigeon feeding

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6864457.

The same two Hackney council tenants come daily empty large bags of bread out onto the grass and leave à flock of pigeons and sea gulls to continually pester the people and homes of those who live adjacent to this park. This happens daily and year in year.
