Homeless person setting up a tent on the pavement

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6858950.

There’s a homeless person sleeping here. I feel for them; there is litter and rubbish surrounding the entire area and hoarding of other items that are spilling into the street. it’s a clear health hazard for them and the public. Should I call the police?
