Unemptied Commercial Bin

The large commercial bin outside the synagogue at the corner of Oldhill and Lynmouth has not been emptied in a week. More and more black bin bags are being added each day. This is a squalid corner. Serious enforcement is needed.

    At 10 pm last night I saw that the lid of the bin I had reported had been closed - implying that it had been emptied - but that the pile of bags had spread. I resent the mess that others make and that residents then have to suffer. The Council must take action to prevent such anti-social callousness.
