Frequent Dog Fouling

Dog fouling between on Upper Clapton Road between Jessam Avenue & Southwold Road, on even number side. This is a frequent & repeated occurrence - new piles of faeces appear daily in multiple locations. The perpetrator must be caught & stopped!
