Constant loud dragging noises coming from terrace

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6808842.

Something is dragging on the floor of the terrace every day especially when it is windy. Its very loud and distracting for sleep and studying. Could be a loose antenna or something which could further be a hazard.

  • Before Christmas break, I called the council and they told me that apparently they went up the roof and checked and reported that the noises where coming from Virgin media cables and they will report to Virgin media to fix it as they can’t be involved. Nobody has fixed the issue since now and the noises are still very loud when it is windy (and even if the wind is not very strong). Please could this be fixed soon?
