Residence and leaseholders have the using electric heaters to keep warm because the heating system and hot water system is not efficient for their properties outdated. Outdated heating systems what need updating residents suffering on the Trowbridge estate. Hackney council are then updating the heating system when residents move out because they know it is illegal and wrong what they're doing.Residence and leaseholders double glazed windows are all blown,large gaps in the seals of Windows,Windows falling out, rotten window frames falling to bits Hackney council just do bodge up jobs because they don't want to pay for the work to be done properly.Damp and mould in people's properties and asbestos is being found in the properties on the Trowbridge estate. Hackney council are keeping that information to theirselves and not informing residents and leaseholders of the asbestos being found. Hackney council are only tackling that asbestos when people are moving out the property not tackling it why they're living with it. Trowbridge Residence and leaseholders should seek legal advice..
