The extension of Lynmouth Rd between Oldhill St and Osbaldeston Rd is not being cleaned. This section is an identified hot-spot subject to 'blow down' from the supermarket. It quickly becomes unsanitary. Alert street cleaning NO SERVICE IS BEING DELIVERED
