Abandoned full litter bin on pavement for last six months

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6800914.

There is a full triple length litter/rubbish bin full of litter with no logos/id on it abandoned on the pavement opposite 205 Victoria Park Road

  • Detritus around bin removed, but full unmarked triple bin in situ, causing a fire, security and infection hazard for 6 months.

  • Now with carrier bag full of litter hanging out of it. Would it help if I reported this to the police as a security/footpaths issue or the LFB as a potential fire hazard?
