Drug use by addicts in entry doorway to Rowhill Mansions

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6789205.

On numerous occasions upon returning to my flat I have encountered addicts using / injecting / smoking drugs on the private doorway to the building entrance.
