Somebody keeps dumping large furniture next to our block

Hi there It has happened quite a few times in the last 6-12 months or so but it is getting worse at the moment - in this area in general - but there are a sofa and bed frame found in dead space next to our development - Leyla House, 2 Dunn Street, E8 2DB. Would be most grateful if you could take care of this and, better still, incorporate with the police to ensure this will not be happening so often. These items have been there for the last few weeks and I believe some drunken people sometimes sleep on them - I found a set of keys on one of the items and there was a small empty bottle of vodka next to it, too.
