Crown & Castle pub is repeatedly obstructing the footway

One of our members reported this obstruction so another member visited, whilst exercising and off-duty Guide Dog. He folded the offending sign, moved it into the Crown & Castle at which point a member of staff picked it up and put it back on the footway!
