Fly tipped rubbish under cycle bridge next to lea

Sent to Hackney Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 667772.
A black bin bag and assorted rubbish have been dumped.
The location is on the tow path just as the path goes under lea bridge road, on the north side. The rubbish is up against a wall.
It has been there for over a month.

Interesting point. That might explain why it has not been cleared.
Let's see if Hackney clear it, now they have been alerted. If they don't, the wind will probably soon blow onto Hackney land anyway, or into the canal.
