Regular dog poo and dog left off lead

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6636881.

It appears that the same individual regularly allows their two dogs (terriers) to be let off their lead to roam the grass area around Stellman close (near the nursery). Dogs often foul this area and not cleaned after. Dogs also allowed into play area
