Abandoned car

This car has been parked outside my house for 4 (FOUR) MONTHS. None of the neighbours know who it belongs to. It has not moved and interferes with unloading, children and the elderly visiting. Clearly it does not belong to anyone living nearby.

    The Nuisance Vehicle Team has received your report, unfortunately we are unable to remove this vehicle due to the vehicle in question not being classed as abandoned as it has a valid TAX, MOT and permit for the area.
