Cllothes donation bin overflowign every day

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6621026.

The clothes collection bin in front of 25-27 Dalston Ln, London E8 3DU, is consistently overflowing (or broken into?) leading to clothes and other donated goods being left on the pavement pretty much every day.
