Too bright Pret LED sign

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6617485.

Pret has an extremely bright LED sign and keeps interior lights on all night. This is extremely disruptive to my sleep (& a waste of energy). I have blinds & curtains & the light still enters. I complained to pret over 1 month ago and nothing has changed
