Bar outdoor seating extended into the road

Dan's Wine at 2-4 Tottenham Rd N1 4BZ has extended its outdoor seating into Tottenham Road, essentially occupying a parking space, possibly two, in an area that already has very limited parking availability. This has been the case now for several weeks.
