School bus honking and idling every morning

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6556484.

Every morning the school bus leans on the horn over and over at 8am- including Sundays- to get the attention of the kids and disrupting the street. Please can a notice be put up or something this is a residential road.
