Hired estate bins not emptied when due

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6550518.

Bins overflowing, vermin evident, flytipping has also happened. We pay a separate charge to have the estate bins emptied weekly on Wednesdays and the service is usually excellent, but no collection was made this week. 13 houses have nowhere to put rubbish
