General waste in green sacks

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6543211.

There are always green sacks containing general waste outside 27C. They start dumping an hour after the collection, so it is there for 6 days and 23 hours. Please could the residents be advised that fly tipping is illegal and green sacks are for recycling?
