Osborne road garages 1 to 23. Residence have installed illegal CCTV overlooking leaseholders,residents garages with no warning to leaseholders or residents recording their daily routines and activities and even using the CCTV to singling out and target innocent quiet people harassing resident,leaseholders by using the CCTV on their property to know what times leaseholders, residence coming home from work and leaving.The residents with the CCTV on his property see the leaseholder or resident going to their garage and they are coming out spying on them and harassing them for no good reason except for targeting behavior and discrimination. Hackney council managers are aware of this and our allowing this anti-social behavior to take place. Leaseholders,residents are paying their rent on the garage why should this behaviour be tolerated. When unlawful break-ins were going on in Osborne garages and the council did not do anything about it rent free. Hackney council corruption going on.
