Dog fouling - nothing ever done

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6537523.

There is endless dog mess and fly tipping on the corner of Lockhurst Street and Chatsworth Road and along both roads. It is the same dogs and owners every time and the council does nothing about it. No signs, no enforcement, no consideration at all.
