A lot of Rubbish being Dumped

Some neighbours dump their Rubbish on the corner of Ravensdale Road Rookwood Road,it would be beneficial if the Council check the Rubbish and find some lead to who is Dumping,and Issue them with a penalty,that would deter these people of Dumping their Ru
