Dangerous Dog

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6505185.

Whilst walking my dog today we were charged at by an adult Vizla. The woman refused to recall or make any attempt to control her dog and walked away leaving me to deal with her aggressive dog.
