You’ve collected the litter and then left the bags for days. Now the bags are becoming ripped open and people are fly tipping on the pile. Absolutely disgusting outside no 44 and no 58 Wilberforce. PLEASE COME AND COLLECT ALL THE RUBBISH YOU BAGGED (&rest!
