Rubbish collection team emptied cardboard which was inside bins yesterday. They left this rubbish in the communal area & car park which is now a trip hazard at the very least. This pose more health and safety risks. There is cctv evidence from one resident

    They continue to purposefully leave 2 out of 3 bin lids closed so that they do not have to empty 3 bins. This means that the bins overflow and rubbish is left beside the bins.
