Overflowing bags of rubbish

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6457410.

There are at least 2 bags overflowing with different kinds of rubbish , some of which smells bad . The bags are on the pavement on the south western part of Hollar Road between Stoke Newington High St and Batley Place and have been there for several days.
