Over growing shrubs causing fly tipping

The trees and shrubs behind 118,120,122 Daubeney Road in Daubeney field encourages fly tipping. People’s are putting rubbish behind the houses. The residents are cleaning up but if you cut back these trees and shrubs it will stop the problem
