Dangerous exposed electrical wiring

This electrical wiring has been exposed for anyone to electrocute themselves on for over a year now somebody was meant to come on the 2nd of September to fix it but nobody bothered still exposed and very very dangerous and nothing is being done about it

    Nothing done! Live electrical wires still exposed and now getting wet in the rain.

    This is a real health and safety issue!!! Please fix!
