Sidewalk blocked

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6444928.

I can't remember the day I was allowed to walk on the sidewalk without it being block by unconsidered people. You can only walk in the middle of the road and that is normal because the barber shop owns a terrace now? At least a legal one would clean after
