Ventilation system

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6425009.

Persistent and strong oders including smoke coming through the vent in my flat these oders appear to be coming from the flat below mine additionally on the 31st August there was a small fire in flat 1 kitchen. The smoke quickly filled my bedroom hallways.
