Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6419636.
This drain is overflowing with raw sewage and the sewage is now flowing into the road. I reported this before and was told to contact Thames Water. They have attended and advised their sewers are not blocked and it is not their responsibility.
