Extreme light pollution, light nuisance

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6400447.

The facade of the building at 1-20 Singer St is regularly covered by an enormous poster that is very brightly lit until 11pm at night. The lights are extreme and shine into the block of council flats across the street, lighting the interior of the flats.
