Excessive amount of rubbish put in recycling bags have been left on the pavement for the last two weeks.

THIS RUBBISH IS A HAZARD ,SPREAD OUT ON THE PAVEMENT IN FRONT OF OTHER PROPERTIES AS WELL ,AS THERE ARE TOO MANY FOR n:141 ALONE. i NEARLY FELL OVER THEM. THE RUBBISH SHOULD BE KEPT STRICTLY INSIDE THE FRONT PATH OF THIS PROPERTY NOT SPREAD OUTSIDE.
