Overflowing Public Litter Bin, with mattress and trash on the floor. The area smells very bad and the trash bins are not accessible due of trash on the floor.

    The trash next tot he bins is still all over the floor, it seems that or no one is ever cleaning in there. Is it possible to take all of that trash, please.
