Insufficient and overflowing bins, rubbish not being removed

The general waste bin was emptied this morning, but the overflow was left. We used to have 2 general waste & 1 recycling bin, but one was removed. Capacity is insufficient for flats as added to by local shops and passers by. Health hazzard.

    Overflow rubbish has been put in bit now. But bin is now full and will be overflowing by tomorrow again.
