Noise from potholes + poor road surface

The surface of Southgate Rd between Englefield and Oakley road is very poor causing a lot of noise for residents. The potholes are 4+ yrs old, get filled but open up again. It is one of the few sections of Southgate which has not been resurfaced recently.
