Witnessed tipping of rubbish out of car onto road

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6334214.

As I was driving by evening of 8/8/24 witnessed a couple of lads dumping several small bags of rubbish out of a black BMW 1 series just leaving the rubbish in the road, before turning into St Theresa’s close. Shameless.
