Tree growing in front garden potentially damaging to property.

My neighbour is renting out a property on Glyn Road. The garden at the front has a self seeded sycamore tree that has grown huge and is potentially damaging to both our properties. The garden at the back is very overgrown and contains Japaneese Knotweed.

This property is owned by a private individual.
