The lift is broken

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6318847.

It has been nearly a week now sincethe lift stopprd working, Wed are ove 65 people living on the 4th floor. Although reporting the problem before nothing was done to repair the broken lift, We were notified it was not possible to acces the motor room!!
