Burning of rubbish in garden causing toxic fumes and smell of smoke inside house and windows are closed

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6316385.

A sudden toxic burning smell and smoke became apparent around 9:15 am this morning, causing my flat to smell of toxic smoke despite windows being closed. I could see plumes of smoke coming from the back garden of 49 Dunsmure. It is now 9:45 am, ongoing.
