Flooding in my kitchen

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6304480.

The pipes are blocked and water is flooding my kitchen I suffer from a few health conditions so I need to use my washing machine asap as a vulnerable person I shouldn’t have to wait over 2 weeks for the repairs as I need to eat also but cant
