Children playing with bikes around the cars

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6289780.

Children from the houses on the bottom floor have been playing in the car park, which has resulted in significant scratches on my and other peoples cars The parents of these children have been asked to put a stop to this for the past 3 months and haven't.
