Massive construction hole filled with dirty water

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6284209.

Construction at this site has stopped mid way months ago and the huge hole they made in the floor has filled with dirty smelly water. The dirty water also attracts lots of flies and mosquitoes.
