Overhanging hedges

The hedges of nos 13 and 15 Groombridge Rd overhang the pavement by a considerable amount, making passage difficult, especially by the street tree. My aged mother in law finds it very difficult to use the pavement at this point.

  • Hedges have been trimmed, but still encroach on the pavement, by approx 18 inches--and they're growing quickly.
