Pest control/pigeons

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6268698.

Someone keeps putting out bread for pigeons. The council need to put out pest control measures and stop the feeding. Pigeons are nesting everywhere spreading feaces.
