Agudas Israel Housing Association owns the flats in Chai Walk behind 81 Mount Pleasant Lane and are constantly allowing overflowing bins to sit outside our windows. Rubbish is rotting, stinking and attracting vermin. They should be issued a fine.

    Rubbish has been collected today as usual but the bins still stink. AIHA say they sent a waste team to clean the bins yesterday but that made no difference. They refuse to take proper responsibility for the disgusting smell outside our house every week.
