Suspended bay INSUFFICIENT sign previously

Appealed penalty charge QZ18843419 on premise sign was far from where I have parked. Same bay is being suspended yet again & hackney have acknowledged previous sign was insufficient and added additional sign. Penalty still upheld. Thieves.

  • Thank you for your report.

    The suspension sign was clearly visible within a few metres of the vehicle parked, hence the PCN being upheld.

    We do not have a record of any issues at this location, nor a response that signage was inadequate.
