Bin collections

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6211650.

Hi - our bin collection day is Friday, but for last 2 months they are turning up on Wednesdays as well so we now get 2 black and recycling bin collections.

This morning they've taken things we keep in a storage bin - they weren't in a bin bag or wheelie
